Corn Custard Pudding

Ingredients :
1. Creamy Corn –  1 can
2. Custard Powder – 150g
3. Sugar – 150g
4. Coconut Milk – 200g
5. Water  -  1000ml
6. Pandan leave – 6pcs

Making:

1. Boil the water with “pandan” leaves for around 20 min. Take out the “pandan” leave after boiled.

2. Mix creamy corn, custard powder, coconut milk and sugar. Stir until there are no lumps

3. Boil the mixture and “pandan” water with low fire, stir  all the time to prevent  from sticking to the bottom. Time around 10 min.

4. Pour in the plate and let it cool down completely before refrigerating.
